‘The Club’ - Ongoing Monthly Support
Monthly Plan - £59/month (minimum 6 month commitment). You’ll stay for at least 6 months, giving you enough time to truly embed the learning, feel the support and accountability and start seeing real changes in your business.
Annual Plan - £590/year (gives you two months free). The best value way to join and shows a real commitment to your business growth.
It might help to know that people stay an average of 11 months, but many have been supported for years - because building a successful cake business doesn't happen overnight, and once you're in ‘The Club’, you really won't want to leave.

Who’s behind The Club?
I'm Kate Tynan - cake business coach, founder of multi award-winning Little Button Bakery, and D'Licious Magazine Cake Business Coach Of The Year 2026.
I spent 10+ years running a successful wedding cake business before pivoting to coaching - so I know exactly what it feels like to be where you are right now.
Since founding The Cake Business Club in 2022 I've helped over 10,000 cake makers build businesses that actually pay them properly.
I'm also an FFCA Certified Positive Psychology Coach, which means the support inside the club goes beyond just business strategy - we work on the mindset stuff too, because that's often what's really holding you back.
