Full Member - £49/month (minimum 3 month commitment). The best value way to join - giving you enough time to truly embed the learning, feel the support and start seeing real changes in your business.
Flexible Member - £67/month (no minimum commitment - cancel anytime). Want to try it out before you commit? No problem. Jump in, see what it's all about, and stay as long as you like.
Both options include full access to everything inside the club - no hidden tiers, no content locked away.
It might help to know that members stay an average of 11 months - because building a successful cake business doesn't happen overnight, and once you're in ‘The Club’, you really won't want to leave.
Want to start on the flexible option? That’s totally fine. You can switch to the full member price at any time - (but a fresh 3 month minimum will apply from the date you switch).

Who’s behind the club?
I'm Kate Tynan - cake business coach, founder of multi award-winning Little Button Bakery, and D'Licious Magazine Cake Business Coach Of The Year 2026.
I spent 10+ years running a successful wedding cake business before pivoting to coaching - so I know exactly what it feels like to be where you are right now.
Since founding The Cake Business Club in 2022 I've helped over 10,000 cake makers build businesses that actually pay them properly.
I'm also an FFCA Certified Positive Psychology Coach, which means the support inside the club goes beyond just business strategy - we work on the mindset stuff too, because that's often what's really holding you back.
