‘The Club’ - Ongoing Monthly Cake Business Support
Monthly Plan - £59/month (minimum 6 month commitment). You’ll stay for at least 6 months, giving you enough time to truly embed the learning, feel the support and accountability and start seeing real changes in your business.
Annual Plan - £590/year (gives you two months free). The best value way to join and shows a real commitment to your business growth.
It might help to know that I’ve supported many cake designers in The Club for years - because building a successful cake business doesn't happen overnight, and once you're in, you really won't want to leave.

Start with a personalised plan for YOUR business
When you join The Club, I don’t want you to look at all the training, resources and support available and think, “This all looks brilliant… but where the hell do I start?” 😂
You’ll complete a short onboarding questionnaire to tell me about your cake business, what’s working, what you’re struggling with and what you want to achieve.
I’ll personally review your answers and, within five working days, send you a personalised plan showing you where I think you should focus FIRST inside The Club.
I’ll point you towards the training and resources that are most relevant to you and your goals, so you can spend less time wondering what you should be doing and start working on the things that could make the biggest difference to YOUR business.
Because you might need to get a grip on your pricing and finances. Someone else might need to attract better-fit customers. Another cake designer might need systems that stop their business spilling into every evening.
There isn’t one Club journey that everybody needs to follow.

Who’s behind The Club?
I'm Kate Tynan - cake business coach, founder of multi award-winning Little Button Bakery, and D'Licious Magazine Cake Business Coach Of The Year 2026.
I spent 10+ years running a successful wedding cake business before pivoting to coaching - so I know exactly what it feels like to be where you are right now.
Since founding The Cake Business Club in 2022 I've helped over 10,000 cake makers build businesses that actually pay them properly.
I'm also an FFCA Certified Positive Psychology Coach, which means the support inside the club goes beyond just business strategy - we work on the mindset stuff too, because that's often what's really holding you back.
