    Seven months of personalised 1:1 coaching for cake makers who want longer-term support to make bigger changes to their business - with time to implement, test, refine and keep building.

    We’ll start with a deep dive into both you AND your business - looking at your goals, numbers, pricing, customers, marketing, offers, systems and anything else that could be affecting where you want to go next.

    You'll then have seven 75-minute coaching calls with me, with clear, personalised actions to focus on between our sessions.

    Seven months gives us more time to work through bigger changes together - whether you're repositioning your business, changing your pricing or offers, targeting a different customer, developing a new income stream or making significant changes to how you work.

    And throughout the seven months, you'll have access to me between sessions for support, accountability and those “Kate, can I just sense-check this with you?” moments.

  • Thrive Intensive

    Got one particular part of your cake business you want to get properly stuck into?

    Maybe you want to review your pricing, work through a new offer, figure out why your marketing isn't attracting the right customers, make a decision about the direction of your business or simply get an experienced pair of eyes on something you've been going round in circles with.

    Before our session, I'll send you a detailed questionnaire so I can understand what's going on and do any preparation needed. We'll then spend 90 minutes focused on YOUR business and the decisions or changes you want to make.

    Afterwards, you'll receive the recording of our session along with your agreed action points, so you know exactly what to do next.

    You'll also have one follow-up check-in within 14 days of our session for any questions that come up as you start putting your plan into action. This is a one-off intensive rather than ongoing coaching.
